What we collect and why

Our booking form collects your name, mobile number, email address, suburb, estimated laundry weight, service preferences, preferred pickup date and window, notes, estimate and acknowledgements. We use these details to respond to requests, assess availability, arrange and provide laundry services, communicate about payment and resolve enquiries. We request an exact pickup address privately when confirming a booking. Necessary contact details are required to arrange service. Please avoid sensitive information in notes.

Service providers and sharing

Vtiny hosts this trial website and stores booking form submissions in our account. If email notifications are enabled, booking information is also sent to our Yahoo business email account. These providers may process information outside Australia under their own privacy practices. We have not yet verified the locations used for this account; this must be reviewed before customer launch. We may share necessary details with people providing your collection or laundry service, or where required by law.

Storage and retention

Booking records are held in our hosting and email accounts. We aim to restrict access to those who need the information to provide or administer the service. We keep information while needed for bookings, enquiries and applicable record-keeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it when no longer needed. Provider backups may remain subject to their retention practices. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Access, corrections, deletion and complaints

Email cleanandfold@yahoo.com to request access to your details, correct inaccurate information, ask about deletion or raise a privacy concern. We may need to confirm your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business record-keeping reasons. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you can seek guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about available complaint options.

Marketing, payments and technical data

The booking form does not sign you up for marketing. Square Sandbox provides card entry and test payment processing. Square receives test card entries directly. Booking and payment references link Vtiny booking requests with Square test records. Use fictional details throughout this staging trial. Hosting providers may process technical connection data to operate and secure the site. This website adds no advertising trackers or marketing cookies of its own.
